Your menopause experience can be a very frustrating and unpleasant time. It may be confusing trying to comprehend the changes that are occurring. At the Menopause Centre, we view ourselves are your resource for advice and counsel at this important stage of transition in your life. We are all different and we all experience this stage in our lives differently. 
That is why we at the Menopause Centre place high importance on ongoing patient communication, evaluation and support.
Our administration team is there to take your calls to provide you with ongoing information about your program. Our full-time medical department is available for phone appointments to discuss your medication dosage or treatment program. Our team of doctors is also available to respond to your medical enquiries (appointment-based consultations only).

We will be in regular contact with you. This will be your opportunity to provide us with feedback on the progress of your treatment program and to ask questions about your program. If required, we will book a time for a medical review.

Our Help Line is staffed by trained customer care representatives. They can refer you to our medical staff who have extensive experience in women’s health issues.
