For example, we collect information when you request an appointment with one of our doctors; this will allow them to provide you with medical advice. We only collect the information we need to fulfill the purpose of collection, and if we do not receive it we will not be able to provide you with our services.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you at any time. There is no fee for access, but we may charge reasonable expenses of supplying information depending on the request. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your health and other personal information is kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure. We will not sell your personal information to anyone, but in providing you our sevices we may disclose it as requred to others (including by transmitting electronically). 1. To enable the pharmacy to prepare and dispense your medication;
2. When another organisation helps us process transactions, store or access data or provide services to you so they can perform their role;
