  • Handful of fresh baby spinach, washed
  • 5 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 5 cups of chopped, fresh pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 5 cups of filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon of wheatgrass juice powder
  • ½ cup of ice

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
