Pineapple, Orange, and Passionfruit Slushy

Serves 8


  • 4 passionfruit, with pulp removed
  • 2 cups of pineapple juice
  • The juice of 4 oranges or, enough to make 2 cups
  • 2 cups of crushed ice
  • ¼ cup of mint leaves and extra to serve


  1. Strain passionfruit pulp into a jug and reserve the seeds
  2. Combine pineapple, orange, passionfruit juices with mint and ice in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir through passionfruit seeds
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves
