Ingredients:

  • 300mL of coconut milk
  • 3 teaspoons of ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Add coconut milk to saucepan and heat gently until it reaches room temperature.
  2. Add the ground turmeric and grated ginger and black pepper to milk.
  3. Stir until the mixture is free of lumps.
  4. Pour into mugs and add honey.
