- 300mL of coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Add coconut milk to saucepan and heat gently until it reaches room temperature.
- Add the ground turmeric and grated ginger and black pepper to milk.
- Stir until the mixture is free of lumps.
- Pour into mugs and add honey.
