Ingredients:

  • 1 whole, ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan protein powder, or alternative
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of slippery elm powder
  • 1 teaspoon of glutamine
  • 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of non dairy milk alternative such as almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk
  • 1 cup of filtered water

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is achieved
  • Enjoy!

Most ingredients can be found in the health food section of the supermarket. Glutamine is available in good health food stores.
