Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of unsweetened, Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 tablespoons of uncooked, rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of dried, ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • 1 cup of ice

 

Method:

  • Add all ingredients, except ice, to blender. Cover and blend on high until mixture is very smooth.
  • Add the ice. Cover and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour into the glasses and enjoy.
