- 5 cup of raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- ½ cup of almond milk or, filtered water
- Combine ingredients into a blender, and blend until very smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add additional honey or vanilla extract, depending on desired sweetness.
- Transfer to serving bowls.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon prior to consuming.
